  Equinox has been a favourite of my wife's for quite a few years, though it has to be said - and my wife agrees - that it has been in steady decline for a while now. We visited the shop yesterday morning, a rare thing since we left the area some years ago. The decline, for me, has reached it's nadir as it has reached the point where the assistant we have seen on several occasions in the past seemed more interested in sweeping the floor than attending to me as I stood at the counter, debit card in hand, potential purchases before me, very conspicuous at eighteen stone... I stood there, invisible to the assistant, for several minutes before giving up and leaving. Verdict: not attentive to customers. However, not wanting to disappoint my wife, I returned soon after to buy the beautiful amber bracelet I had in mind to buy her. This time a senior person was in attendance and was very helpful (well, I believe she was senior as she did give that impression). We will probably return as my wife surfs the waves of nostalgia and hope as in fairness they do sell some beautiful things.

  Friendly and knowledgeable service, and a shop full of treasures. Lovely aroma in the shop, very relaxing atmosphere.

  For anyone spiritual or new to their spiritual path, this is the place to go. Shopkeeper is very helpful and polite.
